摘要 近年来高效化MIG/MAG焊技术受到了焊接工作者的广泛重视,进一步提高焊接效率以满足现代制造业发展的要求是焊接技术的发展趋势之一,因此开展高效化焊接技术的研究具有重要的意义。介绍了国内外高效MIG/MAG焊方法的发展现状,分析了高效MIG/MAG焊时易发生的缺陷及产生原因,论述了Twin及Tandem双丝MIG/MAG焊、DE-GMA焊、激光-MIG复合焊、T.I.M.E焊、磁控大电流MAG焊等高效化MIG/MAG焊方法的结构、原理和特点,指出了高效MIG/MAG焊接技术的发展方向。 The efficient MIG/MAG welding methods have been given extensive attention by many welding technicians in recent years, and further improvement of the welding efficiency to meet the development requirement of modem manufacturing industry is one of the development trend of welding technology,so the study of the efficient welding has important significance.It introduces the research and development of high-efficiency MIG/MAG welding technology at home and abroad.Analysis the defects and causes about high-efficiency MIG/MAG welding.Especially for the structure,principle and characteristic of Twin and Tandem MIG/MAG welding,DE- GMAW ,Laser-MIG hybrid welding,T.I.M.E,magnetieally controlled MAG welding.Eventually ,it points out the further developmental trend of high-efficiency MIG/MAG welding technology.
