HSE is an English abbreviation word of health,safety and environment,and it is the basic premise of human existence and development.With the development of socio-economy and technology in human beings and the improvement of the ideological aspects in the quality of life and the living environment,HSE is becoming been more and more concerned.Welding is the most important processing technology in shipbuilding,marine engineering,vehicle manufacturing and so on.The special nature of welding is one of the potential factors those lead the staff to be against security,health and environment,what has aroused public concern.In this paper,the author analyzes the impact on safety,health,environmental that welding production of large-scale steel structure workshop has,and proposes preventive actions.
