摘要
采用双丝埋弧自动焊对某钢厂新开发的60 kg级大热输入量焊接用钢板进行焊接性试验,对新试制的钢板性能进行评价;同时,采用相同的工艺对日本生产的储油罐板SPV490Q进行焊接性试验,以期将双丝埋弧自动焊技术应用于大型储罐环缝的焊接施工中,提高施工效率。试验结果表明:60 kg级大热输入量焊接用钢板在焊接热输入量为66kJ/cm时,具有合格性能。但焊接热影响区的低温冲击韧性与日本产SPV490Q仍有一定差距,试制工艺有待改进。
This research manages to apply TW-SAW to welding the 60 kg grade high heat input welding steel developed by a steelworks for Weldability evaluation,Oil storage tank SPV490Q developed by Japan was also welded with the same welding procedures. Having TW-SAW been applied to the circumferential seam welding process for improving the welding efficiency is the purpose of the test.The result shows : the properties of weld joint measure up at the heat input of 66 kJ/cm, but the toughness of the trial steel at the heat affected zone(HAZ)is not as good as the SPV490Q produced by Japan at low temperature.Product process of the steel should be optimized.
