根据实际经验以及对工程总承包的理解与认识,分析论述了设计单位转化为工程公司承揽工程总承包任务的优势、首先需要做的工作、需要解决的问题等,对发展工程总承包事业提出了建议。
The paper describes the advantages for design enterprise switching to engineering company to contract engineering, procurement and construction （EPC） project, priority works to be done and problems needs to be solved according to practice and understanding on EPC , puts forward suggestions to develop EPC cause.
