PRRSV、CSFV和JEV混合感染的多联PCR诊断

Multiplex PCR Diagnosis of Mixed Infection of PRRSV,CSFV and JEV

通过对猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒、猪瘟病毒、乙型脑炎病毒等的基因序列分析，设计多联PCR诊断方法诊断发病猪场上述病毒的混合感染，发现单病毒感染率在68．79／6～81．5％之间，混合感染率在58．9％～90％之间。采取的防制措施是研制和普遍使用新型疫苗，严防病原体传入，扑杀危险患病猪只，封闭式饲养等综合性措施，获得了较好的效果。

By sequence analysis of PRRSV, CSFV, JEV and other viruses, multiple PCR was well designed to detect various viruses in mixed infection. The results indicated that infection rate of single pathogen was 68.7%-81.5%, while mixed infection rate was 58. 9%-90%. Furthermore, the prevention and control measures, such as using new vaccine, preventing pathogen introduction, killing pigs suffered from illness,and closed management, were proposed.
