Brief comments on the transparency of Government maritime information——about the influence of the Regulations for Publicity of Government Information on the transparency of maritime administrative information

现代法治国家发展历程表明,政务公开是是推进依法行政、建设法治政府的基本前提。政务公开同时是现代海事管理理念的体现,文章通过对相关制度及现状的研究,为海事机构适应新形势下政府信息公开工作提出了相应的建议。

Development of the modern law monocraey country shows that the transparency of government affairs is one of the basic preconditions in promoting administration according to law and building a monocracy Government. Transparency is also a symbol of modern maritime management. This article, through the research on the related system and the present situation, puts forward some relevant proposals for maritime authority to adapt to the new situation concerning public transparency of maritime administrative information.
