Determination of Honokiol and Magnolol in Magnolia Officinalis by HPLC-MS

为分析厚朴有效成分,建立了厚朴药材中厚朴酚与和厚朴酚的HPLC-MS快速分析方法.鉴定出厚朴的有效成分为厚朴酚、和厚朴酚和Obovatol,并测定了其含量,为提高厚朴质量控制提供参考.

To analyze the active compononts of Magnolia officinalis, a fast HPLC-MS method was developed. Magnolol, Honokiot and Obovatol were identified and qualitied by HPLC-MS. The method provides a reference for the quality control of Magnolia officinalis.
