摘要
用火焰原子吸收法分析测定了苹果生长期中含钙量.其方法是用高氯酸和硝酸混合消解液φ(HNO3∶HClO4)=(5∶1)消解苹果样品.结果表明:湿法消解的苹果样品用火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定其钙元素的含量.具有灵敏度、精密度高,选择性好,试剂消耗量少,分析速度快,经济等优点.试验证明该方法测定钙元素的回收率为101.0%;相对标准偏差(变异系数)为2.6%.
Calcium content of apples during its growing period was analyzed and measured by flaming atomic absorption spectrometry. A mixture of perchloric acid and hydrogen nitrate (HNO3 : HCLO4 =5 : 1) was used to slake the apple samples. Calcium content of slaked apple samples, through wet process was tested by flaming atomic absorption spectrometry. There are many merits to this method such as, high sensitivity and precision, fine selectivity, low reagent amount used, quick analysis and economy et al. Recovery rate of elemental calcium is 101.0% through the measuring method. And the relative standard deviation viz. the coefficient of variation is 2.6%.
