By analyzing the energy consumption＇s ways of power pumping station, the relationship between efficiency of pumping station and unit consumption was stated, that is decreasing unit consumption is an effective way for increasing the efficiency of pumping station. Effective ways for strengthening operation management of power pumping station are put forward to realize energy-saving.
