对红寺堡灌区开发建设的几点思考

红寺堡灌区作为宁夏扶贫扬黄灌溉工程的主体灌区,自1998年正式开工建设以来,取得了一定的建设成果.目前,灌区的经济发展已经进入到新阶段,面临的任务和目标都发生了新的变化,促使灌区在建设思路上要进行一系列的调整,以适应新形势、新任务的要求.

The irrigation area of Hongsipu is the main irrigation area by pumping up water from the Huanghe River for alleviating poverty in Ningxia. Since the irrigation area of Hongsipu formally began construction in 1998, some construction achievements have been obtained. At present, it comes into a new period of economic development. Because the tasks and objectives to be faced changed a lot, the ideas for the construction of the irrigation area were forced to be adjusted accordingly to adapt the demands of new situation and new tasks.
