基于QFD/TRIZ/CAD技术融合的微波黑体定标源优化设计

摘要 提出一种基于QFD/TRIZ/CAD技术融合的创新设计方法,用于复杂多参数模糊系统的最优化设计。首先,基于QFD质量屋,明确关键技术矛盾,然后利用TRIZ的矛盾矩阵、创新原理分析、物场模型、标准解技术确定优化设计的理想解决方案,最终通过专业CAD设计工具完成定量的优化设计。通过微波遥感亮温定标源的优化设计实例证明了QFD/TRIZ/CAD融合技术实现复杂系统优化设计在创新性和设计效率方面的能力。 A QFD/TRIZ/CAD integrated technology is preferred to optimize the design of a fuzzy system with complex relationships and multi-variables. Firstly, based on the house of quality in QFD,the key technology contradictions are classified. Then by the contradiction matrix,innovation principle, Sufield model and standard solution technology in TRIZ,the perfect solutions for the optimization can be established. Finally, the optimization design in quantities will be finished by professional CAD tools. The applications to the microwave remote sensing standard brightness temperature targets' optimization design certified the capacity of QFD/TRIZ/CAD integrated technology from the aspects of innovations and efficiencies.
