摘要
文章建立了太阳翼与展开试验装置的联合分析模型,与试验结果进行了对比,通过仿真得出摩擦、横导轨质量、横导轨变形是影响展开时间和展开末角速度的主要因素,为此提出了试验装置的改进建议,即采用空气轴承减小摩擦,横导轨使用密度小、模量高的碳纤维复合材料。
In this paper, a analysis model, including test facility and solar array, is established and its results compared with the test ones. It is found through simulation that the friction, transverse guide rail mass and deflection are the main factors that influence the deployment time and the end angular velocity. Finally, the paper suggests that to improve the test facility the air bearing be used to reduce the friction and the carbon fiber composite be used, which has high elastic module and low density to fabricate the transverse guide rail.
