Organization and Command of Medical Unit in Emergency Rescue Action

针对"5.12"特大地震灾害救援卫勤保障中的经验和训练,作者提出机动卫勤分队指挥员要进行任务分析,适当调整力量配备。在组织分队行军和运输过程中,要做好行军前准备,明确人员物资装载方法,加强行军过程管理。在灾害救援中,还要适时确立指挥关系,加强与地方协同,创新组织模式和保障方式。提出在灾害救援卫勤保障中,要加强信息采集,完善勤务效果评价,及时调整卫勤力量。

According to the practice of medical support in ＂5.12＂ earthquake rescue, the author proposed that in emergency rescue action, the commander should analyzed the tasks and adjust the allocation of the power; in the course of marching, the medical unit should confirm the stowage of the materials and enhance the management ; in the rescue action, the command mode should be innovated by cooperating with local government, at the same time, the information collection should be enhanced and the service effect should be evaluated.
