Combining Training for Peacekeeping Medical Unit with That for Mobile Medical Service Force

作者提出将维和医疗分队训练与医院机动卫勤分队训练结合起来,相辅相成、互相促进。训练组织要统筹安排;训练内容要增加维和相关内容及非战争行动的内容;训练评估要和联合国的标准和考评方式相协调。

The practices were introduced to combine the training for the peacekeeping medical unit with that for mobile medical service force, which could improve the effect of each other and realize promotion mutually. As for the training organization, the leadership should be reinforced and the overall plans and arrangement should be made; as for the training content, the contents of peaeekeeping activity and non - war activity should be added up ; as for the appraisal of training, the training should be coordinated with United Nations＂ standard and the examination manner.
