摘要
目的:构建体检排队系统的优化模型,实现对受检人员体检排队的定性描述及量化分析,以提高设备利用率、减少受检人员等待时间。方法:建立以体检时间、路途时间及排队时间之和最小为目标函数的非线性规划模型,利用元胞自动机模拟求解。结果:得到每个个体的体检项目、体检顺序及相应时间安排。结论:该算法适用于个人体检排队的安排。
Objective: To improve the efficiency of the medical equipments and cut down the waiting time for the examination, this thesis proposed an optimal model, which could provide qualitative and quantificational analysis on the queuing system in the medical examination. Mcthods:A model considering both the minimum time consumed by examining, queuing and the time spent on the road can be obtained in virtue of cellular automata. Result: Every examination item, order, and the corresponding arrangement were gained by the health inspection center. Conclusion: This arithmetic fits to arrange the queuing for the medical examination.
