摘要
目的本研究从高等中医院校学生的心理健康状态出发,制定相应的结合心理讲座、心理咨询、团体训练、学生活动等各种有针对性的心理健康教育适应模式。方法采用实验干预法,经过12周的实验干预。结果剔除成长带来的效应后,心理健康教育适应模式使学生的心理健康状况得到了显著性提高(P<0.05),从而为现阶段中医院校心理健康教育模式提供相应建议。结论研究提出的中医院校心理健康适应模式对大学生心理健康状况的提高具有一定的意义。
Objective According to the students' mental health of traditional Chinese medicine colleges, the research instituted manifold pertinence adaptive models of mental health, such as psychological lecture, psychological counseling, group training, students activities. Methods By the twelve weeks' experiment and intervene. Results Omitted the growing effect, the students' mental health were significantly enhanced by the adaptive model (P〈0.05). Then we offer some advise for present traditional Chinese medicine colleges' mental health education model. Conclusion The adaptive model for the mental health education had significance to the advance of the college students' mental health.
