摘要
目的探讨米氮平对甲亢患者情绪障碍的疗效。方法将符合CCMD—3抑郁症诊断标准的50例甲亢患者随机分成两组。研究组在抗甲亢药物基础上联合米氮平30mg·d-1,对照组仅用抗甲亢药物治疗,疗程8W。采用抑郁自评量表(SDS),焦虑自评量表(SAS)及甲状腺素TT3、TT4评定疗效。结果经8W治疗后,研究组比对照组抑郁、焦虑评分及TT3、TT4下降显著(P<0.05)。结论米氮平不仅能改善甲亢患者的抑郁、焦虑情绪,而且能促使原发病的康复。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of mirtazapine on hyperthyreosis patients with affective disorders. Methods To divide randomly 50 hyperthyreosis patients into two groups who corresponded with CCMD-3 depressive diagnosis standands . The study group was given antihyperthyreosis drugs and mirtazapine （30mg/d） for 8 weeks＇s course of therapy ,while the control group was only given antihyperthyreosis drugs for 8 weeks too. To evaluate the therapeutic effects with SDS,SAS＇s scores and TT3 and TT4. Results After 8 weeks therapy, the SDS,SAS＇s scores and TT3 and TT4 of the study group significantly decreased compared with the control group （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Mirtazapine could improve the depression and anxiety of hyperthyreosis patients ,and also could precipitate the rehabilitation of the primary disease.
