深圳市IT知识员工工作倦怠及其相关因素研究 被引量:9

摘要 目的1探讨人口统计学变量与深圳市IT知识员工工作倦怠之间的关系;2评估社会支持和应对方式对深圳IT知识员工工作倦怠的影响。方法采用MBI-GS(中文版)、社会支持量表(SSRS)和简易应对方式问卷(SCSQ)对深圳市222名IT知识员工进行调查分析。结果1人口统计学变量与工作倦怠存在显著相关(P<0.01)(P<0.05);未婚员工成就感较已婚员工低(P<0.01);2主观支持对情绪衰竭维度、低成就感维度和整体倦怠感具有显著负向预测作用(P<0.01);3客观支持对玩世不恭维度和整体倦怠感具有显著负向预测作用(P<0.01);4积极应对方式对低成就感具有显著负向预测作用(P<0.01)。结论人口统计学变量与深圳IT知识员工的工作倦怠密切相关,社会支持与应对方式都可预测深圳IT知识员工的工作倦怠。 Objective This paper reports a study which aims ①to assess the relationships between population statistics variables and burnout of IT knowledge workers in Shenzhen and ②to assess the impact of social support and coping strategies on burnout. Methods 222 IT knowledge workers in Shenzhen were investigated by using MBI-GS(Chinese) ,SSRS and SCSQ. Results ① Significant differences were shown in population statistic Variables(P〈0.01) (P〈0.05); Unmarried IT knowledge workers re ported significantly higher burnout in terms of reduced personal accomplishment than married (P〈0.01). ②Higher levels of subjective support were related to lower levels of emotional exhaustion and reduced personal aecomplishment(P〈0.01). ③Higher levels of objective support were identified as predictors of lower levels of cynicism(P〈0. 01). ④Active coping strategy can forecast lowet levels of burnout in terms of reduced personal accomplishment(P〈0. 01). Conclusions Significant correlation existed between burnout and population statistics variable. Social support and positive coping strategies can forecast lower levels of burnout.
