摘要 采用硼硅酸盐玻璃与氧化铝复合烧结制备了硼硅酸盐玻璃/Al2O3系低温共烧陶瓷基板材料,研究了玻璃含量以及玻璃中碱金属离子的含量对介电性能的影响。结果表明,该体系复合材料介电常数随碱金属离子的增加有所增大,复合材料介电常数符合李赫德涅凯对数法则,并随复合材料玻璃含量的增加而减小;复合材料介质损耗随碱金属离子的增加而显著增大。 Borosilicate glass/ceramic composites for low temperature co-fired ceramics (LTCC) were prepared from the mixtures of borosilicate glass and alumina. The effects of glass and alkali ions on the dielectric properties of composites were investigated. The results showed that the dielectric constant of these composites increase with the increase of alkali ions. The dielectric constant fits the Lichtenecker's equation, and it drops with the increase of the glass content. The dielectric loss of composites increases with the increase of alkali ions significantly.
