热浇注成型烛状碳化硅多孔陶瓷过滤元件的研制 被引量:1

摘要 本文研究了热浇注成型烛状碳化硅多孔陶瓷过滤元件的制备工艺技术,及不同添加剂和含量对过滤元件物理性能的影响。结果表明:采用粘土作为结合剂,加入量为10~15%(质量含量,下同)时,碳化硅过滤元件的显气孔率可达到33~40%,抗压强度达到26~29MPa,可以满足PFBC、IGCC和煤炭气化系统装置对过滤器气孔率和强度的要求。 In this paper, the porous silicon carbide candle-type filters have been prepared by hot pressing casting. The effects of binder type and content on the physic properties of porous silicon carbide candle filter was studied. Using clay as binder, when the content of clay is 10 - 15%, the apparent porsity of silion caride filter can get to 33 - 40%, the strength can get to 26 -29 MPa. The results foreshadow that silicon carbide filter fabricated through the control of porosity and strength can be applicable for the PFBC or IGCC system successfully.
