摘要
目的观察性道德教育对大学生心理健康状况的影响,为今后对大学生开展有效的性道德教育提供科学依据。方法以青年同伴教育的形式对大学生进行性道德教育,采用SCL-90症状自评量表进行实验与对照调查分析。结果共发放问卷746份,有效问卷727份(97.5%)。其中对照组253人,男115人,女138人;教育组474人,男177人,女297人。教育后,男生驱体化、强迫、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、精神及总分均有明显降低(P<0.05),仅偏执一项分数无明显改变(P>0.05);而女生则表现为所有的因子分均无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论性道德教育对男女生的心理将产生不同的影响,性道德教育能明显改善男生心理状况。
Objective To explore the impact of sexual moral education on youth's mental health, and to provide scientific basis for moral education in youth for HIV/AIDS prevention in the young generation. Methods Sexual moral peer education was carried out among university students mainly by peer education and SCL-90 self testing forms were used to investigate 727 students. Results By analyzing the 727 effective questionnaires recovered from 746 ones (97.5 % ) in the education group (made up of 117 male respondents and 297 female ones) and the control group (made up of 115 male respondents and 138 female ones), scores of boy's somatization, obsessive-compulsive, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, phobia anxiety, hostility, psychotism and the total scores except for paranoia were all significantly decreased,but there was no difference of statistical significance in all of girl's scores. Conclusion The results indicate that the sexual moral education can help the youth to improve boy's mental health.
