Position and orientation measurement based on image analysis

摘要 对相位敏感的视觉测量技术是一种基于图像相位分析的新方法,可用于目标的精确对准,是精密加工的关键技术之一.在相位敏感的视觉测量技术基础上,提出了基于傅里叶变换的相位梯度算法,分析了空间相位梯度与目标角度和位置关系,通过计算机模拟实验,验证了该方法在有噪声干扰的情况下,可以有效的降低噪声对测量的影响,该方法在高精度测量和校准中有着实际应用价值. Phase-sensitive vision technique is a new method based on image phase analysis. This Calihration method is one of the key technologies in precision machining can be used in high accuracy positioning. Based on the phase-sensitive vision technique, we proposed phase gradient algorithm based on Fourier Transforma- tion. The relation between phase gradient and orientation or position is analyzed. Finally, the computer simu- lation and analysis of the proposed method can effectively reduce the influence of noise in measurement with noise. So, it possesses great practical value for application in high accuracy measurement and calibration.
