摘要
基于人因失误理论建立了企业安全文化评价指标体系的概念模型;以此为基础,按照企业安全文化评价体系框架,分别设计了不同层面、不同视角的2套评价指标体系,即基于宏观层面、时期视角、外部环境视角的企业安全文化指标体系,基于微观层面、时点视角、内部工作环境视角的企业安全氛围指标体,进而给出了适用的评价模型,并通过实例加以验证。
The conceptual model of enterprise safety culture index system is established based on the human error theory, as thus two evaluation index systems are designed according to the assessment system frame of enterprise safety culture, that is, the index system of enterprise safety culture which is based on macroscopic aspect, period perspective, and external environment, and the index system of enterprise safety climate which is based on microscopic aspect, time point perspective, and internal environment are founded. And the suitable evaluation model is given, which are verified by an example.
