旅游业引入CRM的必要性和可行性研究

摘要 以“客户为中心”的新型商业模式-客户关系管理(CRM)在IT行业被广泛运用。在新的经济背景下,旅游业面临着日益激烈的竞争,如何抓住游客,一身取更多的客源,是旅游业竞争的核心。本文分析了旅游业引入CRM的必要性和可行性,论证了旅游企业引入CRM的前提基础。
