香稻种质资源主要农艺性状的聚类与评价

Evaluation on Main Agronomic Traits of Aromatic Rice Germplasm Resources by Clustering Analysis

对40份来自全国各地,具一定代表性香稻资源的主要农艺性状进行聚类分析和综合评价,结果表明,香稻资源的籼粳两大类群间存在较大的遗传差异。在比较香稻与恢复系和保持材料的遗传差异中发现,与26份恢复系聚类为两大类群,一类是以香稻资源与恢复材料相互交错,另一类是以香稻资源为主;与22份保持材料聚类为三大类群,第I类是以保持材料为主,第II类是香稻资源和保持材料相互交错,第III类是以香稻资源为主。表明,这些香稻资源与恢复系和保持材料都存在较大遗传差异,且与保持材料的遗传距离更大。

The main agronomic traits of 40 aromatic rice germplasm resources were comprehensively evaluated by clustering analysis, The results showed that there was obvious genetic difference between indica and japonica rice. 40 aromatic rice germplasm resources and 26 tested restorer lines could be clustered into two different groups and 40 aromatic rice germplasm resources and tested maintaining lines could be clustered into three different groups, which indicates that there was obvious genetic difference between the aromatic rice germplasm resources and tested restorer lines or maintaining lines and the genetic distance between aromatic rice germplasm resource and tested maintaining lines is higher than that between aromatic rice germplasm resource and tested restorer lines.
