终身学习与知识管理已经成为个人与组织发展不可缺少的组成部分。在知识经济时代，每个人都关注着如何把得到的信息通过一套行之有效的方法进行管理。特别是对于研究生，掌握一套符合时代特点的个人知识管理方法和技巧，对于建立和不断完善个人知识系统结构，获得生存和发展的能力具有重要意义。在对知识管理进行深入分析的基础上，提出研究生进行知识管理的必要性，探讨Blog在研究生知识管理中的应用。

Life-long learning and knowledge management have been very important for individual and organization. In the era of knowledge-based economy, everyone focuses on how to manage information effectively. Especially for graduate students, mastering the methods and technique of knowledge management is very essential for them to improve the knowledge structure system, obtaining capability of survival and development. This paper based on the understanding of knowledge management, proposed the significance for graduates＇ knowledge management, discussed the application of Blog in graduates＇ personal knowledge management.
