摘要
对高粱中单宁含量的几种测定方法进行回收率试验结果表明,国家标准法快速简便,回收率达105.07%,适合大批量样品分析,且精密度满足分析要求。
The results from measuring the tannin content in sorghum by using different measuring methods showed that the national standard method had the advantage of quick, easy and higher recovery rate （105. 07%）, which indicates the measuring method can meet the analysis need of precision and a great quantity of samples.
