摘要
采用裂区设计,探讨了栽培方式、品种2个试验因子对春大白菜产量和品质等的影响。结果表明:栽培方式以有机土栽培的春大白菜长势好,根系活力强,光合速率高,产量提高24.18%,叶球硝酸盐含量降低13.52%,叶球的干物质含量增加5.7%,粗蛋白、总糖和维生素C含量分别提高3.8%、17.3%和4.7%。4个供试大白菜品种中,黔白3号产量、净菜率、耐抽薹性较优,云春白1号次之。
The split-plot design was used in spring Chinese cabbage under different cultivation methods and varieties to study the effects on their yield and quality. The results showed that the spring Chinese cabbage cultivated with organic soil was of good growth vigor, strong activity of root systems and higher intensity of photosynthesis, the yield and contents of dry matter, crude protein, total sugar and vitamin c increased by 24.18%, 5.7%, 3.8%, 17.3%and 4.7% respectively, and the nitrate content in its leaf ball decreased by 13.52%. The yield, net vegetable yield and tolerant to bolting of Qianbai 3 was the best in 4 tested varieties.
