摘要
研究以层次分析法(AHP)和逼近理想点排序法(TOPSIS)相结合,对7个番茄品系的果实商品性状进行了综合评价分析,构建了涵盖3个层次(目标层、标准层和指标层),7个指标(外观品质的单果重和果色,营养品质的维生素C、可溶性固形物、水分含量和糖酸比,耐贮品质的变质率)的番茄果实商品性状的综合评价指标体系,计算各品系在各指标上与最佳性状值的距离(接近度),以综合距离值进行排序比较评价。结果表明,品系YH02-6和YH02-9果实的商品性较优,品系YH02-11果实的商品性较好,品系YH02-5、YH02-1、YH02-8和YH02-7果实的商品性一般。试验结果验证了此方法对于番茄果实商品性状进行综合评价有较好的适用性,对其他产品的目标管理有借鉴意义。
The commerciality character of tomato fruits of 7 tomato lines were comprehensively analyzed and evaluated by AHP and TOPSIS and then the comprehensive evaluation index system of tomato fruit commerciality including 3 layers(target, standard and index layer) and 7 indexes( single fruit weight, fruit color, Vc, total soluble solids, water content, ratio between sugar and acid and storage-tolerant rate) was established. The results from calculating the distance between the different index values of tested lines and values of the optimum characters showed that the commerciality of YH02-6 and YH02-9 lines was the best, the eommerciality of YH02-11 line was better and the commereiality of YH02-5, YH02-5, YH02-1, YH02-8 and YH02- 7 lines was in the third position. The analysis method is of the better applicability for comprehensive evaluation of tomato fruit commerciality and can be used in the target management of other products.
