With the development of Voice recognition technology, it provided effective teaching methods and facilitated space for accessibility, and themselves have been become increasing concerned by education of workers on deaf. In this paper, through the use of voice recognition technology to create barrier-free teaching environment, worker has new exploration for the hearing impaired language teaching, which has a certain value to practical application.
