摘要
随着数字化变电站的逐步推广,设计既能在现有变电站系统中稳定运行又能适用于数字化变电站的保护测控装置已经成为了目前急需解决的现实问题,一个有效的方法就是让保护测控装置既能接收传统的模拟量输入和直接IO开出又能收发符合IEC61850标准的采样值和开入开出信息。为此,借鉴数字化变电站的分层思想,设计并实现了一种新型的保护测控装置,该装置采用模块化设计,各模块之间采用交换式以太网通信,配置十分灵活,即能在现有变电站系统中使用,又可直接应用于数字化变电站系统中。具体介绍了装置的硬件结构,阐述了装置各模块的功能,分析了装置以太网的通信方式,同时也对装置的软件进行了说明。
With the promotion of digital substation, the protective and measuring-control device is urgent to be designed for applying not only to ordinary substation system but also to digital substation system. An effective solution is to make it possible that the device could not only get samples and IO status by traditional method, but also could complete the same mission by Ethernet information in term of IEC61850 standard. Therefore, a new protective and measuring-control device is designed and implemented referring to the function leveling in digital substation. This device is modular in design and smart in configuration. The communication in device is completely based on Ethernet, which makes the device suitable for not only existing substation but also digital substation. The device is expounded in the paper, including the hardware modules and their functions, communication method and the software design.
