摘要
针对余热锅炉钢结构高强度螺栓在转角法工艺条件下连接,轴向预紧力难以测量和检验,提出了高强度螺栓连接安装质量监督检验的有效方法。通过比较扭矩法和转角法的不同,分析了扭矩与转角之间的关系范围。利用该范围条件通过扭矩可以有效的检验转角和轴向预紧力的方法。最后,对余热锅炉钢结构试验表明了该检验方法的可操作性和有效性。
The axial preloads are difficult to measure and check when the steel structure high strength bolt connecting is implemented by rotation method. Aiming at this problem, an effective monitor and inspective method of axial preload of high strength bolt is put forward in the paper. By comparing the torque method with the rotation method, the relationship range between torque and rotation angle is analyzed. On this basis, the rotation angle and axial preload can be checked effectively. Finally, the experimental results for HRSG boiler show that the inspective method is feasible .
