To fully understand the nationwide mobile market status, the Economic and Technological Research and Development Center of MPT, entrusted by the Mobile Communications Bureau of MPT, has made the national mobile communications market survey plan and made market surveys in Beijing, Nanning and Beihai. This paper introduces the implementation methods of the plan and makes analysis of the market survey results of the three cities.
