摘要
本文制备了以苯胺和乙二醇为原料合成吲哚的一系列铜基催化剂,筛选出了高效催化剂Cu-Zn-Mn/SiO2,并对它们进行了ICP-AES和XRD表征。实验表明,由浸渍法制备的Cu-Zn-Mn/SiO2催化剂,稳定性、活性高于由共沉淀法制备的Cu-Zn-Mn/SiO2催化剂,吲哚收率76.0%。锰对铜和锌有明显的分散作用;铜晶粒越小,活性越高。
A series of Cu-based catalysts for the synthesis of indole by the reaction of aniline and ethylene glycol are prepared. A Cu-Zn-Mn/SiO2 catalyst shows excellent performance in this reaction. The Cu-based catalysts were characterized by ICP-AES and XRD. The results show that the Cu-Zn-Mn/SiO2 catalyst prepared by impregnation method has better stability and higher activity than the Cu-Zn-Mn/SiO2 catalyst prepared by co-precipitation method(Indole yield 76.0%).The addition of Mn to a Cu-Zn/SiO2 catalyst is believed to improve the dispersity of Cu and Zn. The smaller particle-size of Cu crystallite a catalyst is, the higher the activity it is.
