摘要
上世纪90年代中后期,联合国环境规划署提出了产品服务系统(PSS)的概念,其关键思想是:企业提供给消费者的是产品的功能或结果。短短10年间,PSS的研究取得了很大的发展。产品服务系统通过整合各方资源来满足用户需求,通过增加服务减少了消费过程中的物质流,对社会生产和生活水平的提高、企业增值、环境保护具有重要的意义。文章介绍了PSS的定义、分类以及对企业战略设计的影响;详细论述了PSS的结构体系、支撑技术和关键技术;从实例研究和理论研究两个角度,对PSS研究的现状进行了罗列,并指出了其今后的发展趋势。
In the middle and late period of 1990s, UNEP presented the concept of product service systems (PSSs) whose key idea is that consumers buy functionality and result from enterprises. In the last decade, the researches on PSSs have made a great progress. A PSS integrates wide-system resources, fulfills a user's need, and decreases the material flow in the course of consumption through added-service. A PSS benefits producing and living development, enterprises improvement, and environment protection. This paper intro- duces the definitions of PSS, and describes the architecture and support technologies and key technologies of PSSs. From two perspectives of the case and theory studies, the state-of-the-art of PSSs is described in detail. Finally, the future work of PSSs is pointed out.
