摘要
文章对于通过螺栓、轴承、丝杠、导轨等多种方式连接的具有多个部件的某拉压弹簧试验机组合结构,采用有效方法解决了结构有限元分析中的面接触、螺栓预紧力施加及轴承等效弹性模量等问题,合理准确地实现了试验机组合结构的接触非线性分析。在结构有限元分析基础上,成功实现了对该试验机结构布局与构件尺寸的优化设计,使其强度和刚度得到很大改善。所采用的自创的结构优化导重法,在保证结构总重量不变与不超过许用应力的前提下,使试验机在拉压试验时横梁结构的挠度分别下降78.9%与37.8%。
Some accurate and reasonable solution are use to solve the preload of the bolts connecting, equivalent elasticity coefficient of the bearing connect in a pull-press spring testing machine's ANSYS modeling, and in accordance with the results of finite element analysis to improve the structure, Its strength and stiffness have a large degree of improvement. In the final, using Guide-Weight optimization method, Under the invariable weight and allowable stress, the deflection of crossbeam structure in pull case and press case are reduced 78.9% and 37.8% respectively.
