基于主题词共现分析的MicroRNAs领域主题结构研究 被引量:2

摘要 以microRNAs领域发表的文献为基本数据集,以主题词共现为主要分析方法,结合MeSH词表对共现矩阵中存在的等级结构关系进行揭示。在此基础上,从量的发展和质的突变两个角度分析microRNAs领域热点演化关系,并通过可视化的形式展现出来。研究结果表明2001~2004年其发展主题主要为microRNAs的作用、生物学效应以及预测技术方面,2005~2008年在前4年的基础上将其研究主题热点横向扩展到miroRNAs的检测技术以及microRNAs在发育分化和肿瘤中的研究与应用,纵向检测技术由传统的克隆技术发展为RNA印记法与寡核苷酸序列分析。 Based on the literatures of microRNAs, using cooccurrence of subject headings as the main method of analysis, combining with MESH, the paper discloses the hierarchical relations in the cooccurrence matrix. And further more analyzes the evolvement of hot topics in the field of microRNAs from two points of view, that is the development of quantity and mutation of quality, and visualizes the results. The result showes that its main themes were the role, biological effects and forecast technology of microRNAs from 2001 to 2004. Between 2005 and 2008, its hot topics were expanded horizontally to the detection technology, the research and application of microRNAs in the development and differentation and in the tumor. Vertically detection technology is developed from the traditional cloning technology to the RNA blotting and oligonucleotide sequence analysis.
