摘要
调查1991～2007年在中国申请的抗高血压药物专利,通过对其历年申请数量、区域申请数量、主要申请人、与其他热门治疗领域的专利申请数量的对比等方面作初步定量定性分析,得出一些对企业有帮助的竞争情报,为国内相关制药企业提供参考。
The paper investigates the anti - hypertension drug patents applied in the period of 1991 - 2007 in China. Some useful competitive information is obtained for the pharmaceutical companies by quantity and quality analysis on the number of applications every year, the number of applications from the different regions along with the principal applicants, and comparison of the patent application numbers with other popular treatment fields. The results could provide references for the pharmaceutical companies.
