摘要
通过对传统下置凸轮轴驱动式配气机构的驱动系统进行改造,以适应无旋转机构的特种发动机配气机构及对配气机构有柔性调节要求的传统发动机配气机构的驱动需求,实现了电子控制液压驱动的无凸轮柔性调节配气。与原凸轮轴驱动的配气机构对比试验结果表明:该配气机构在气门开启速度、气门时面值等方面明显优于原机;同时实现气门正时、气门升程、气门开启持续时间等参数的柔性调节。
By reforming the traditional camshaft driven valve mechanism, a flexibly adjustable camless electro-hydraulic driven valve train was achieved, in order to create a new valve train for the special engine and the conventional engine which needs for flexible adjustment. In comparison to the original valve mecha- nism, the opening speed of the valve and the time-area value are evidently better than that of original valve mechanism, at the same time, the new valve train can realize the flexible adjustment of the valve timing, the valve lift, the valve opening duration.
