摘要
采用石灰软化/膜技术处理冶金工厂总排口综合废水,处理出水回用于生产,不仅解决了回用水因硬度过高而结垢的问题,同时通过膜处理去除大量溶解盐,提高了回用水水质,增加了回用水使用点,最大限度地提高了回用水利用率,从而减少了吨钢新水耗量,实现了节能减排。
The lime softening and membrane system were used to treat wastewater from metallurgical plant. The treated effluent can be reused for production. The problem of scaling of reused wastewater due to its excessive hardness is solved. Removing a large quantity of dissolved salt by membrane treatment improves the reused wastewater quality, increases the utilization points of reused wastewater and maximizes the utilization rate of reused wastewater, which realizes the energy saving and emission reduction by decreasing the water consumption per ton steel.
