摘要 介绍了UASB/生物接触氧化工艺在酒精废水处理工程中的实际应用,厌氧和好氧反应器的启动方法,分析了各反应器的运行效果,提出酒精废水处理工程调试过程需要注意的事项。沉淀出水部分回流到调节池,可以减少厌氧投加碱度,降低了处理费用。工程运行结果表明:经两级UASB和接触氧化工艺处理后,对废水中COD、BOD5、SS的去除率可分别达到99.0%、99.5%和99.5%,系统运行稳定、处理效率高。 The practical application of UASB reactor/biological contact oxidation process in treatment engineering of alcohol wastewater and the start-up methods of anaerobic and aerobic reactors are introduced, and the operation efficiency of different reactors is analyzed. The matters needing attention during the commissioning of treatment engineering of alcohol wastewater are put forward. The returning of partial sedimentation effluent into equalization tank can reduce the alkalinity dosage in the effluent and decrease the treatment cost. The operation resuhs show that after the treatment by two-stage UASB/biological contact oxidation process, the removal rates of COD, BOD5 and SS can reach 99.0% , 99.5% and 99.5% respectively. The system operates stably and has high pollutant removal efficiency.
