摘要
重庆市李家沱污水处理厂于2007年12月进行污泥培养和工艺启动。在水温平均为10℃左右,实际进水TP、TN远超设计值且有大量工业废水进入的不利条件下,采用污泥接种培养法,经过约30天成功实现了污泥培养驯化和工艺的启动。同时,通过采用阶段性限制曝气法控制DO、调整MLSS为4000mg/L左右、污泥回流比为30%左右,实现了试运行期间处理出水稳定达标排放。
Activated sludge cultivation and CAST process start-up were performed in December 2007 in Lijiatuo WWTP, Chongqing. During the period, the average wastewater temperature was 10 ℃, the influent TP and TN concentrations far exceeded the design level, and large quantity of industrial wastewater flowed in. Under these conditions, after 30 days, the sludge cultivation and domestication and the process start-up were successfully realized by sludge inoculation cultivation. During the commissioning period, the stable and up-to-standard discharge of the effluent was achieved by adopting phase-limited aeration method to control DO, adjusting MLSS to 4 000 mg/L and sludge return ratio to 30%.
