顶管顶力计算公式的适用范围探讨

Discussion on Application Range of Jacking Force Formula in Pipe Jacking

在顶管施工设计中,顶管顶力的准确计算十分重要,相关计算公式很多,而且计算结果相差很大。基于上述问题,对各计算公式进行了对比和归类,选取工程实例对公式进行了数值分析,提出了各公式的适用范围和计算中应注意的问题,得出了未考虑土拱效应的公式计算结果大于考虑土拱效应的计算结果,以及现规范中顶管顶力计算公式的计算结果过于保守的结论。

It is very important to accurately calculate the jacking forces in pipe jacking during the construction design of pipe jacking. There are many calculation formulas for jacking forces in pipe jacking, but the calculation results are much different. Because of these problems, the contrast and classification for its calculation formulas were carried out. Through the numerical analysis on the formulas in project examples, the application range of each formula and the problems to which attention should be paid during the calculation are put forward. It is concluded that the calculation result without considering the soil arching effect is more than the result with considering it, and the calculation result of jacking forces in pipe jacking in the criterion is relatively conservative.
