改良非脱垂子宫经阴道切除32例分析

Clinical Analysis of Improved Eransvaginal Hysterectomy for Non-Prolapsed Uterus of 30 Cases

目的探讨改良非脱垂子宫经阴道切除术的优点。方法自2003年9月起笔者所在医院对非脱垂子宫行改良阴道切除术(TVH)32例,与同期指征相似的经腹全切术除外(TAH)40例进行分析比较。结果 TVH组手术均成功,无术中、术后并发症,手术期间肛门排气时间、术后下床活动时间及住院时间均短于TAH组,两组差异有显著性(P<0.05),出血量差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论 TVH组损伤小、恢复快,是一种较好的手术方法。

Objective To discuss the advantages operative postulates of improved transvaginal hysterectomg for non - prolapsed uterus. Methods Improved the transvaginal hysterectomy （ TVH ） for non - prolapapsed uterus in 32 cases were compared with the transadbominal hysterectomy （ TAH ） in 40 cases. They were chosen randoly from sep 2003. Results Compared with the TAH group. The TVH group which was operated successfully without complications duting of after operation, had a singificantly reduction in operation time. Anus exhaustion, the first time to move about, hospitalization time（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. There was no significant difference in volume of blood loss in the two groups （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion With less damage and quicker recovery,the TVH is a good operative method.
