A financial crisis led by a sub-prime crisis finally reached the world economy. This paper analyzes four root reasons of the crisis, and explains the relationships between crisis and the New Basel Capital Accord. In the context of economic globalization and financial integration, China＇s banking should cautiously deal with the crisis to achieve sustainable and scientific development.
