摘要 目的应用规范的健康教育路径于传染患者的隔离管理中可提高传染患者对隔离的知晓性和顺从性,降低传染病对社会的危害性。方法制定健康教育路径,将100例入院患者随机分成实验组与对照组。实验组采用健康教育路径,对照组采用传统的健康教育方法。结果实验组和对照组患者及家属在认知水平、行为改变、角色应对能力、不良情绪改变、出院患者满意度等方面均有明显差异。结论健康教育路径可提高健康教育效果,能有效地提高患者的遵医行为,是连接患者与家属之间情感的纽带,使出院患者提高了公共卫生的意识以及改变了患者的不良生活行为和不良嗜好。因此,对传染病住院患者采用健康教育路径进行隔离管理是一种比较可行的方法 。 Objective Normative health education path was applied on isolation management of cases with infectious diseases to increase knowledge and compliance about isolation Reduce the danger of infectious diseases on society. Methods The health education way was developed, and 100 cases in patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group used health education way, the control group used the traditional method of health education. Results There were significant differences in the level of awareness, behaviour change, the capacity of role coping, changes in adverse mood of patients and their families and satisfaction in discharged patients between the experimental group and control group. Conclusion The health education way could improve the effect of health education, could improve the medical compliance of patient, and was emotional ties to link patients and their families, so that it made the discharged patients to improve public health awareness and change the bad life behavior and Bad habits. Therefore, the isolation management on in - patients with infectious diseases by health education path was a quite feasible method.
