小针刀联合封闭治疗扳机指78例疗效观察

Observation of clinical effects in treating 78 cases of the trigger finger through the combined treatnent with the small needle knife and block therapy

目的观察用小针刀联合封闭治疗扳机指的疗效。方法对78例85个扳机指门诊行小针刀联合封闭治疗,术后以电话及门诊复查方式全部得到随访,观察近远期疗效。结果一次标准治愈率84.6%,7d后二次标准治愈率100%,随访6～12个月(平均10个月),无1例复发。结论小针刀联合封闭治疗扳机指效果好、操作相对简单、费用低、患者易接受、易推广。

Objective To observe the effect in treating the trigger finger through the combined treatment with the small needle knife and block therapy. Methods 78 cases, 85 trigger fingers with out - patient are joint - closed treated by the small needle knife, after operations, visit all the patients by out - patient review or by phone,to observe the recent and long - term effect. Results The first standard cure rate is 84. 6% ,after 7 days,the second cure rate reaches 100% ,all eases were followed up for 6 to 12 months （mean 10 months）, all these patients had no recurence. Conclusion The small needle knife treats the trigger finger with a good effect, the operation is relatively simple, low- cost, easy to be accepted by patients and easy to be promoted.
