36例指动脉逆行岛状皮瓣的分析

Analysis of reverse island flap of digital artery in 36 case.

目的分析指动脉逆行岛皮瓣修复手指缺损临床效果。方法从2004～2007年,根据缺损部位采用该方法修复手指缺损36例。结果皮瓣全部成活,但有二指出现并发症。结论指动脉逆行岛状皮瓣是修复指端缺损的简单有效方法 。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect on repairing defect of finger with reverse island flap of digital artery. Methods According to the site of defect of wound in 36 cases, we applied reverse island flap of digital artery for repairing it. Results All the skin flaps survived with occurrence of complications in 2 case. Conclusion It is a simple method for repairing finger defects with reverse island flap of digital artery. However, proper indication must be selected to reducing complications.
