摘要
在分析我国高炉炉壳用钢的使用现状和高炉生产后期炉壳的破坏原因的基础上,针对现行国家标准《高炉炼铁工艺设计规范》(GB50427—2008)要求高炉一代炉役的工作年限(无中修)达到15年以上的规定,依据炉壳用钢试验研究和生产实践的综合成果,对《钢铁企业冶炼工艺炉技术规范》(送审稿)提出的适应高炉同步长寿的炉壳用钢性能要求和可用于1000-5000m^2级高炉炉壳的钢材牌号给予介绍。
The current application of steel for blast furnace shell and the damage reasons during the later service life of blast furnace are analyzed. As stipluation by the Code of Design for Blast Furnace Ironmaking Technology (GB 50427--2008), blast furnace should be used for more than fifteen years in one campaign life without medium maintenance. Accordingly, performance and specification of steel applied to blast furnace shell from 1 000 m^3 to 5 000 m^3 volume are proposed to achieve long synchronization life based on numerous research, experiment and actual production.
