摘要
焦化生产过程中排入环境的污染物严重污染空气。焦炉出焦除尘是焦化厂生产必备的环保设施,直接影响到炼焦工艺的生产和焦化厂存亡的关键环节。但是由于除尘系统具有爆炸的危险,这就要求岗位无人值守,使用高度自动控制PLC控制系统实现除尘系统的自动运行。
The contamination discharges in coking production process have brought about serious air pollution. Therefore, it is requisite that the coking plants must have coking dust-elimination devices for environmental protection, which have a direct influence on important links such as coking process and factory survival. Due to explosion hazards in dust-ehmination systems, it is required that there should be no-human operation and the highly automatic control PLC control system shall be employed for automatic operation.
